Here you can download all necessary documents and forms

• Please contact us after completing all neccessary courses
• Please apply for your certificate at least two weeks in advance
• For courses/grades missing from your transcript, please contact us via E-Mail. Please also include all necessary information like course title, type (lecture, seminar, practical) and the semester you completed the course in (e.g. SS25)
• You will get a confirmation email as soon as your grades have been registered
• Please check your transcript and confirm the date of the certificate
• You will recieve an email, when your certificate is ready for collection

• Please contact us at least two weeks in advance, if you need a transcript.
• Master students please fill out the corresponding module selection of your study program

Please contact us at least four weeks beforhand, for a confirmation regarding the extension of your stay at a dormitory

If you cannot attend an exam, please submit your original medical certificate in person or a copy via our contact form as soon as possible, including the following information :

• Date of the exam
• Name of the exam
• Name of the module
• LSF course number

Please note that doctor's certificates are to be submitted in PDF format (file size should not exceed 1MB). For converting image files to PDFs as well as reducing PDF size a number of online tools are available
